Our food is sourced, where possible locally, as we believe the shorter the distance food travels the better for us all in the long run. There are great meat, fish and vegetable suppliers locally who have a pride in what they do, and we want to bring their efforts to your plate. Just one prime example is Bernard Sloan’s brother, Martin who farms locally and supplies potatoes to the White Horse Inn…from the earth to your plate in a matter of days.
