Billy Burns has joined the kitchen team at the White Horse Saintfield as  Head Chef. Billy  has headed the kitchen of Bourbon Restaurant in Belfast this past four years and prior to that was head chef at Balloo House, having also spent 2 year periods in both Shu Restaurant on the Lisburn Road and Shanks Restaurant under the late Robbie Millar. 

‘Saintfield is a fantastic village, steeped in history with people who appreciate great food. I’m passionate about the food we serve…..we’ve a great team…..come and see what we’re about. We want to encourage our locals to indulge in our menu and sure Belfast & Lisburn are just a few miles down the road’
